Sorry folks, but I really do need more help.

First, I tried getting paint.NET off [link] but NO, once I downloaded it, it didn't work! I might just be a total stupid shmoron, but there's no way for me to be sure.

So anyways, I did manage to get a different pic-editing program... PhotoPlus 6, which if I remember correctly, I got via a link on getpaint.net.

Now that I have that, I've been presented with a new problem. HOW DO I FILL IN MY FREAKISH PICTURES??!?!? I mean, yeah, I know how to fill in the colors where I need to and all, but how do I do it so that my picture looks GOOD?

If you happen to have a tutorial or something that could help, or some tips you could pass on to a suckish noob like me, let me know.

Either way, how do you think airbrushing a pic would turn out? And could someone help me get better at that, too??

I want to know what programs to get for coloring in pictures, or if it would be better if I just used colored pencils?
